Here at Kayflow we are constantly investing – in our business, in our customers, and in our future. As part of the ongoing investment in our manufacturing facilities and operations, we now have new tooling for our Kayflow Structured Underground SN8-rated pipe. This enables us to significantly increase our manufacturing capacity, which in turn means we can boost stock levels and ensure our customers receive the product they need, when they need it.

In addition to increasing our manufacturing capacity, this latest investment allows us to make the product range more sustainable, whilst keeping the high-quality standards that Kayflow customers have come to expect.

Our Kayflow Structured Underground SN8-rated sewer drainage pipe is made in three layers, consisting of an outer and inner layer of virgin material and a centre core made from recycled materials. This multilayer technology creates a strong and structured wall pipe, which is manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13476-2 (Kitemark - KM80991) and WIS 4-35-01.

The centre core of the pipe contains recycled materials, which is helping us to achieve a lower carbon footprint for both us and our customers. The recycled materials used come from within our company, creating a truly sustainable and circular economy. Specifying and using the Kayflow Structured Underground SN8-rated pipe can make a significant contribution to our customers’ sustainability targets.

The Kayflow Structured Underground SN8-rated pipe is also manufactured here in the UK, helping to reduce transportation miles and emissions, both of which contribute to the product’s sustainable credentials.

The product is part of the 110mm & 160mm ranges and is available in 3m and 6m lengths, in both plain ended and single socketed styles.
