Low maintenance cellular PVC-U roofline and cladding products from Swish have been specified by Ainsley Gommon Architects, for a large regeneration project in South Wales. Swish worked with Lovell, the chosen building partner, providing specification and technical advice.Newport Housing Trust is building new
timber-framed bungalows at seven estates all around Newport as part
of a five-year scheme to replace 550 pre-fabricated buildings,
which were originally built as temporary homes after World War
Two.
Square Jumbo fascia, GeePee and ventilated Polo
soffits from Swish are being installed on the roofline of the new
bungalows. Cladding is fitted on the overhanging porches and gable
peaks.
Byron Way, Senior Technical Co-ordinator from
building partner Lovell, says, "Products from Swish were specified
