1450mm deep soffits and 16mm thick fascias were specified for the project, which consists of 600 units in five blocks. They will be completed in time to welcome students at the beginning of the 2003 autumn semester.

The realistic wood-effect foiled finishes boast all the advantages of PVC-U products. A wipe over with a soft, damp cloth is the only maintenance required to retain their attractive appearance.
