John Aires, Managing Director of Seria Cladding, explains, "The original building had an unusual concave soffit feature, which I was asked to simulate using modern, low maintenance products. I agreed, and worked out a solution using products from Swish."

 

"By using Swish Jumbo fascia boards and designing special fixings, we were able to insert the Swish Geepee soffit so that it bent into a concave shape. Then the fixings and joints were covered using Swish trims for a really professional appearance."

 

"It was important to retain the building's original appearance whilst implementing today's materials and technology. The lower part of the building was retained and refurbished, but the upper half was completely rebuilt on the existing foundations."

 

As a finishing touch, and to complete the low-maintenance yet traditional style of the building, Swish cladding was used attractively below gabled windows.
