Stylish decorative bargeboards from Swish Building Products have added individual character to a development of executive-style four and five bedroom houses near Cardigan in Wales.Glanarbeth comprises 17 distinctively styled
properties built by Phil Evans and Sons. Phil Evans, Director,
explains, "Materials and features have been carefully chosen to
give the homes a unique look, from the bricks and bay windows to
the Swish decorative bargeboard."
As well as Convex Roofline, other Swish
products used include Ogee fascias and Polo ventilated
soffits.
Phil comments, "I have used Swish products for
years. They offer a good range, and I know I can rely on the
quality. These days, everyone wants a low maintenance roofline.
Instead of sanding down and painting, you only need to give it a
wipe over with a wet cloth and it looks as good as the day it was
installed."
The Swish range of decorative bargeboards
consists of two different systems. Decorative Roofline offers a
choice of either convex or concave designs, cut from 5m boards of
cellular PVC. The other system, Roofstyle, consists of shorter,
convex and concave moulded pieces that can be fixed to the
bargeboard or directly to the eaves roofladder.
The mouldings can be assembled in any order
with secret fixings, giving a greater choice of decorative effects.
The range reflects the trends in newbuild design to add character
features to improve the 'kerb appeal' of homes.
