Ipswich Borough Council chose cellular PVC from Swish Building Products as part of refurbishment work on these three and four-storey blocks of flats.Homes in the Vernon Street and Foxhall Street
complexes were fitted with Swish Bullnose fascia boards and
Swish Polo ventilated soffit boards. Selected properties were also
fitted with Swish GeePee soffit boards to the eaves.
The PVC roofline installations enhanced the
overall appearance of the flats where PVC windows and new panelling
have also been fitted.
