Swish capping or refurbishment fascias and bargeboards are available in 2 designs; Cappit and Ogee Cappit. They should be fixed to a sound timber backing board.These refurbishment boards are decorative. The backing board must bear the weight of the eaves course of tiles and the guttering system. Ogee Cappit features raised ribs on the rear
surface to allow movement of air and reduce the possibility that
trapped moisture might cause rot.
