Building regulations require ventilation to be provided for the roof void according to the pitch and shape of the roof.Roof void ventilation is required in order to
prevent the build up of condensation with consequential damage from
rot.
Ventilation may be provided through the soffit or, where a plain soffit is required, over the fascia. Swish supplies a range of options for both situations.
