Eaves Protection & Ventilation
Building Regulations require proper ventilation into the roof void. This can be done through the soffit for speed of installation or over the fascia to hide the ventilation slots. Eaves protection prolongs the life of newbuild installations and is recommended in refurbishment.
Eaves Ventilation
Ventilation may be provided over the fascia or through the soffit. A range of options for both situations.
Provides ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm gap. 1m in length with a 200mm cover width suitable for use with full replacement or over-capping boards. Optional bird comb.

Where a clean soffit is required, Swish Over Fascia Ventilators (C504/C505) provide ventilation for new build and refurbishment projects.
Polo 9mm ventilated soffit boards comply with UK Building Regulations for new build and replacement applications and provide equivalent of a 10mm or 25mm air path.

Eaves Protection
Eaves protection units in vented and unvented formats. Reduce the height of the fascia by 25mm for vented vers
Jumbotec is fixed to the top of the fascia board and supports roofing felt behind the fascia to prevent water ponding and leaking through onto the timber structure.
